Brunetti Oro is seeking experiencedBarista's to join our friendly, dedicated, teams in the following venue's:

Brunetti Oro Swanston Street

Responsible about coffee, our Barista team receivesaccredited Barista training and ongoing mentorship from our coffee partners Lavazza, giving you a professional edgewhile working in adynamic and professional environment.
n
As Barista you are required to provide a consistent, high-level quality coffee experience.
n
You should have a minimum of 1 years experience and have the ability to provide superior levels of customer service.
n
The successful applicant must:
n
Be fast on the machine, yet not willing to compromise on quality (Barista)
n
Be confident and a strong communicator
n
Adopt a hands-on approach,



delivering superior levels of customer service and quality coffee in a fast-paced environment
n
Work as part of a team, fostering a respectful, productive, and collegial working environment and culture
n
Demonstrated coffee knowledge with experience dialing recipes and adjusting brewing parameters
n
Experience working with volumetric is desirable
n
Experience working with 2 La Cimbali coffee machines, Pugpress, Mazzer Robur S Grinder machines, and a Juggler tap system is desirable
n
The ability to deliver and maintain a premium customer experience and a premium product - coffee!
n
