Job Description RoleOverview n
We areseeking an experienced HCM AMS Consultant to provide functional
applicationsupport,
maintenance, and continuous improvement services for Oracle HCM Cloudapplications. The consultant will be responsible for incident resolution,service request management, system configuration, quarterly release
support,stakeholder
engagement, and ensuring adherence to agreed service levels. Thespecific HCM modules in scope will be defined separately.

recruitment,learning,
Talent and succession, performance and goals, Compensation, AI Studio
KeyResponsibilities
n

Provide L2/L3functional support for Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
n
Analyze,troubleshoot,




and resolve incidents, defects, and service requests withinSLA timelines.
n
Perform impactassessment, configuration changes, testing, and deployment of
approvedenhancements.
n
SupportOracle quarterly release analysis, regression testing, and
productiondeployment
activities.
n
Conduct rootcause analysis for recurring issues and recommend permanent solutions.
n
Collaboratewith business users, HR stakeholders, and technical teams to ensureseamless service delivery.
n
Prepareoperational reports, service metrics, and governance updates.
n
Identifyopportunities
for automation, process improvements of
serviceoptimization.
n
Participatein knowledge management activities and maintain support documentation ..
n
RequiredSkills n
n
Robust experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Application Support and Maintenance.
n
Goodunderstanding of Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request
Managementprocesses.
n
Experienceworking in AMS/Managed Services environments with SLA-driven support.
n
Strongtroubleshooting,
analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
n
Experience intesting, release management, and quarterly patch validation.
n
Excellentcommunication
and documentation skills.
