About the Opportunity
n We are offering a structured apprenticeship program in Structural Steel Fabrication. This opportunity is
open to apprentices at any stage of their apprenticeship
, whether you are just starting out or looking to continue your training in a new environment.
n
This is a hands-on role combining factory-based training and on-site experience, giving you real exposure to all aspects of the trade.
n
As part of the program, you will work towards a fast-tracked pathway to a Certificate IV (via RPL), setting you up for long-term career growth within the industry.

What You'll Learn
n
Structural steel fabrication and assembly
n
Welding, cutting, and finishing techniques
n
Reading and interpreting technical drawings
n
Safe use of tools, machinery,
and equipment
n
On-site installation and project work
n
Industry safety standards and best practices
n
What We're Looking For
n
Genuine interest in fabrication, construction, or trades
n
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
n
Willingness to learn both in the workshop and on-site
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
n
Ability to work in a team setting
n
White Card (or willingness to obtain) preferred
n
What We Offer

Competitive pay:
$20 - $30 per hour
(based on year level/experience)
