Job Description
Komatsu Australia is seeking an experienced Leading Hand for the Mackay workshop to lead a team across refurbishment, PDI and preparation of new machines for customer delivery. This hands-on role provides technical direction to the workshop, ensuring safety, efficiency and high standards to keep jobs moving.

You will lead Technicians, Apprentices and Trades Assistants, coordinate refurbishment work, monitor progress and quality, and promote a protected, productive culture in a busy Mackay facility.
