We need a Club Manager for a brand-new facility opening in late ****. Snap Fitness Windsor will offer strength training, group fitness and Pilates.

As Club Manager, you will: n
Drive membership sales and ancillary revenue
n
Manage club operations
n
Help build a solid Personal Training culture
Requirements: n
A proven ability to hit targets
n
Experience in
building/recruiting
a personal training team
n
Experience building a club culture to be proud of
n
Understanding of HR and work health & safety (desirable)
n
Demonstrated experience in a similar environment (highly regarded)
Qualifications: n
Certificate IV in Fitness
n
Current Senior First Aid and CPR
n
Police/working with children check
n
Tertiary qualifications in
health/business/commerce
(highly regarded)
