About the Role

You'll be the friendly voice and face at our Ipswich store, supporting our hair and beauty customers with orders, product enquiries, and day-to-day assistance. No two days are the same, and you'll be part of a supportive team that genuinely enjoys what they do.
What You'll Be Doing

Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person
n
n
Assisting customers with product enquiries and recommendations
n
n




Processing orders and managing customer accounts
n
n
Merchandising, monitoring stock and ordering
n
n
Contributing to a positive, fun, and team-focused workplace culture

Hairdressing experience
n
n
Previous customer service experience
n

A genuine passion for the hair and beauty industry

Excellent communication and people skills

A positive attitude and willingness to learn
