What You'll Be Doing n
n
Lead the development and co‐design of
accredited training products
n
Apply national VET frameworks including
TPOF, AQF and ACSF
n
Ensure alignment with
Qualifications Reform
and quality design principles
n
Develop
Companion Volume Implementation Guides (CVIGs)
and educator support materials
n
Provide technical advice to external writers and contractors
n
Engage RTOs, educators and industry stakeholders through consultation and validation
n
Contribute to training package scoping, rationalisation and quality assurance
n
Coordinate compliance checks and ensure consistency across products
n

Demonstrated knowledge of

Proven project delivery capability in complex, multi‐stakeholder environments
n
Exceptional attention to detail and quality standards

Clear,



confident communication—able to translate technical content into plain English

Experience in
ICT, Finance (FNS) or Business (BSB)
training packages
n
Familiarity with
Asana, HubSpot or GenAI tools
n
Experience working on
government‐funded programs

Experience supporting
