We are seeking a passionate and organised Administration Office Support to join our dynamic team at Barrett Bros Smash Repairs in Fyshwick, ACT. As a full-time role, you will be an integral part of our administrative operations, providing crucial support to ensure the smooth running of our business.
What you'll be doing n
Providing administrative support across various functions, including filing, data entry, invoicing, and general office duties

Handling incoming phone calls and emails, and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members
n
Assisting with the coordination of schedules, appointments, and meetings
n
Maintaining and organising office supplies and equipment
n
Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
n
Contributing to the continuous improvement of office processes and procedures
What we're looking for n
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within the automotive or a similar industry
n
Strong organisational and time management skills,
with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
n
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other common office software
n
A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
n
A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
