Job Description
Joseph's Restaurant at Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park in Victoria is seeking a full time Pastry Chef de Partie to lead the pastry section.
You will own the dessert and pastry offering and work closely with a seasoned culinary team.
Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will design seasonal desserts, prepare petits fours and breads, manage pastry orders, and mentor junior colleagues while upholding the highest standards of presentation, safety and kitchen hygiene.
