We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join their Melbourne CBD team, working across some of the city's major commercial high-rise buildings. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician who enjoys working on large central plant, complex HVAC systems and high-rise commercial buildings, rather than residential or small-scale service work.
The Role n
Working predominantly across the Melbourne CBD, you will be responsible for the preventative and reactive maintenance of HVAC and mechanical services within large commercial buildings.

Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Preventative and reactive maintenance of commercial HVAC systems
n
Working on large central plant and mechanical services
n
Servicing and fault-finding across high-rise commercial buildings
n
Working on chillers, cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs and associated equipment
n
Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs to HVAC systems
n
Monitoring and maintaining plant room equipment
n
Working with BMS systems and building controls
n
Responding to breakdowns and ensuring equipment is operating efficiently
n
Completing maintenance documentation and service reports
n
Working closely with facility managers, clients and other trades
n




Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard
n
What We're Looking For n
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Technician who has a strong background in large commercial buildings and central plant environments.
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
Relevant HVAC & Refrigeration qualifications
n
Current Victorian Refrigerant Handling Licence
n
Previous experience working across high-rise commercial buildings
n
Strong experience with central plant HVAC systems
n
Experience with chillers, cooling towers, AHUs and associated equipment
n
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
n
Experience with BMS/building management systems highly regarded
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a skilled team
n
Full Australian working rights

Current driver's licence
