We're looking for an experienced
Registered BAS Agent
who is seeking flexibility today while wanting to be part of something bigger tomorrow.

This role commences at
approximately 8 hours per week
, with a
clear pathway to increased hours over the next ***** months
as our client base continues to grow.

About the Role
n
You'll manage clients while delivering high-quality bookkeeping and compliance services, including:
n
BAS and IAS preparation and lodgement
n
Payroll processing and compliance
n
Bank reconciliations
n
Month-end reporting
n
Software implementation and optimisation
n
Working directly with clients to deliver exceptional service
n
Identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes
n
What We're Looking For
n
Current Registered BAS Agent registration
n
Minimum 3 years' bookkeeping experience
n
Strong knowledge of Xero (experience with MYOB, QuickBooks or other cloud accounting software is highly regarded)
n
Excellent understanding of GST, payroll and Australian bookkeeping compliance
n
Strong attention to detail
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
n
Location

While this is primarily a
work-from-home position
, applicants
based in or near Ballarat are preferred
, as occasional client and team meetings will be required.
