Project Coordinator / Customer Service - Property
About the Role
This is a great opportunity to join a growing property investment business where you'll manage your own client projects, build strong relationships and be involved in the journey from contract signing right through to handover and leasing.
You won't just be sitting behind a desk ticking boxes. You'll be the person clients rely on to keep them informed, solve problems and make sure everything stays on track.
What you'll be doing
Managing a portfolio of client projects
Keeping clients updated and delivering a great customer experience
Coordinating timelines, suppliers and internal teams
Following up actions and keeping projects moving
Troubleshooting issues as they come up
Keeping records and documentation organised and accurate
Looking for ways to make the client experience even better
About You
You'll be proactive, confident and naturally organised.
You enjoy dealing with people,



take ownership of your work and don't need to be chased to get things done.
You'll also bring:
Strong customer service skills
Clear and confident communication
Outstanding organisation and attention to detail
The ability to juggle multiple priorities
A calm, solutions-focused approach when things change
Experience in
property, real estate, construction or a related industry will be highly regarded
, but just as important is your attitude, initiative and ability to build relationships.
