About the roles n
On behalf of our client, gforce employment + recruitment is currently seeking Waste Truck Drivers in Ballarat to commence immediately.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: n
n
Driving an HR waste collection truck safely and efficiently
n
Collecting general waste, recycling, glass and green waste
n
Supporting the wider team with runs when required
n
About you n
We are looking for reliable, motivated drivers who take pride in their work and are happy to get the job done safely and efficiently.
n
To be successful, you will have:
n
n
Current HR Truck Licence
n
Previous truck driving experience
n
Current drivers licence; manual driving experience is highly preferred
n
Previous kerbside/waste collection experience is highly regarded
n
Left-hand-drive truck experience is highly regarded
n
Valuable knowledge of Ballarat streets and suburbs
n
Excellent reliability and work ethic
n
Ability to follow instructions and adapt to different runs and procedures
n
Ability to work independently while also being a supportive team member
n
Willingness to get out of the truck and assist where required
n
Ability to pass a police check and drug and alcohol screening
n
n
These are casual day-shift positions, generally working Monday to Friday, 5:30am to approximately 1:54pm, with some overtime required.
