is seeking a motivated and flexible individual to join our team as a
Commercial Property Manager
. If you're a self-starter with a passion for customer service and a knack for building relationships, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. This is a full-time role and we will provide extensive training, making prior property management experience non-essential.
The Role: n
This is a key position where you will manage a growing portfolio of commercial, industrial, and retail properties. Your responsibilities will include:

Building and nurturing solid relationships with landlords and tenants
n
Handling tenant inquiries and resolving issues with a positive attitude
n
Conducting routine property inspections and preparing condition reports
n
Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors
n
Developing strategies to grow and enhance the rental portfolio
n
About You: n




The ideal candidate will have:
n
n
Minimum 3 years experience in administration, property or a management role
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
n
High level of organisation and attention to detail
n
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
n
A current driver's license and reliable vehicle
n
The willingness to obtain a QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration (if you don't already have one)
