VINROCK is seeking experienced supervisors to coordinate site activities and support successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily site operations
Coordinate crews, subcontractors and equipment
Maintain productivity, safety and quality standards
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders
Assist with scheduling and project planning
Requirements
Previous supervisory experience in civil construction
Solid leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of Australian safety regulations
Ability to manage multiple priorities
