The Position
As a Concierge at Madison Grand, you will be at the forefront of providing premium concierge services to our residents, ensuring their living experience is unparalleled. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming, supportive, and vibrant community atmosphere.
Working under the guidance of the Resident Services Manager, you will contribute to the seamless operation of Madison Grand and its premium amenity spaces, including the swimming pool, gym, residents' bar, entertainment areas and shared resident spaces. Utilising YARDI for concierge service management, you will handle resident requests efficiently while contributing to the overall satisfaction and retention of our community members.
The role will also work closely with the Property Management Team providing operational support as required.

Key Responsibilities




Provide high-quality concierge services, ensuring resident requests are met efficiently and with an exceptional standard of customer service.
Ensure the presentation of apartments and amenity areas are well maintained to provide an exceptional experience for residents.
Participate in the planning and execution of community events and activities, fostering a solid sense of community among residents.
Utilise the YARDI concierge service management system to manage resident requests, bookings, maintenance requests and feedback.
Work closely with the Resident Services Manager and Property Management Team to enhance resident satisfaction and maintain Madison Grand's premium living standards.
Assist the Property Management Team with apartment condition reports and other property management activities as required.
Enhance resident satisfaction through excellent customer service, proactive communication and timely follow‐up.
Complete regular building and amenity inspections to ensure presentation, cleanliness and operational standards are maintained.
This role includes a rotating roster, offering the opportunity to work across different days of the week, including weekends.
The Successful Candidate
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a proven track record in a customer‐facing role, preferably within hospitality, hotels, property or high‐end residential environments.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact positively and professionally with residents, contractors and team members.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team, supporting the Resident Services Manager and Property Management Team and contributing to a positive work environment.
Vibrant and optimistic, with the ability to adapt to challenges and maintain a positive, solution‐focused approach.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail, ensuring resident requests, operational tasks and property management support are completed efficiently.
Comfortable working in a fast‐paced residential environment and taking ownership of tasks through to completion.
