Virtual IT Group is seeking an experienced Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams in Melbourne. You will manage a growing portfolio through proactive relationship management, value realization, and accurate pipeline oversight.
You will understand client strategies, drive whitespace and cross-sell opportunities, and collaborate with delivery, consulting and operations to meet deadlines. Travel to client sites will be required.
