We are now looking to expand our team and therefore have vacancies for Contract Administrators and Quantity Surveyors with a minimum 5+ years' experience.
What will you be doing? n
n
Contract administration.
n
Cost control and forecasting.
n
Responding to contractual notices.
n
Drafting of contractual notices.
n
Providing pragmatic advice to clients.
n
Procurement advice.
n
What do we need? n
n
Tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying,



Construction. Management, Engineering or a law related field.
n
Experience working on large scale infrastructure projects is preferred.
n
Experience working in similar roles for Tier 1 & Teir 2 Construction Contracting companies in Australia or internationally.
n
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
Excellent English language skills including written and verbal.
n
Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team, located throughout Australia, including remote FIFO locations.
n
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
n
You must have at least 5 years' experience working as a quantity surveyor and/or contract administrator.
n
Other Information n
Individuals from a QS background working with contractors will be highly regarded.
n
