Job Description
We're looking for a talented
Videographer
to join Accent Group and create standout video content across our portfolio of iconic brands.
n
Working alongside our Marketing, Digital and Creative teams, you'll bring brand stories to life through high-quality video content across eCommerce, social media, websites, email, PR, retail, wholesale and events.
n
From concept and storyboarding through to shooting, editing and final delivery, you'll be hands-on across the entire production process, creating content that captures attention, builds brand engagement and drives results.
What you'll do n
n
Shoot, edit and produce high-quality, on-brand video content across digital, retail and wholesale channels.
n
Bring creative briefs to life through authentic, engaging storytelling.
n
Plan and prepare shoots including scripting, storyboarding, shot lists, talent coordination, interview questions and location scouting.
n
Own the post-production process, from editing and colour through to captions, graphics, animation and final delivery.
n
Collaborate with the creative team to incorporate graphics, imagery and motion elements into content.
n
Work with the Videography Team Lead to continuously improve production workflows, briefing, feedback and approval processes.
n
Optimise video content and exports for different platforms, formats and channels.
n
Maintain studio spaces and video equipment to ensure shoots run smoothly and consistently.
n
Build strong relationships with internal teams, agencies, suppliers and other creative partners.
n
Stay across emerging video, social content and editing trends to keep our creative output fresh and relevant.
n
Support occasional after-hours shoots and travel where required.
n
What you'll bring n
You're a creative storyteller who knows how to take an idea from brief to screen.
You're equally comfortable behind the camera and in the edit suite, with a robust eye for detail and an understanding of what makes content perform across different channels.
n
n
Qualification in Film, Television Production, Fine Arts or a related discipline, or at least 2 years' hands-on videography experience.
n
Robust experience using DSLR cameras, professional lighting, sound and audio equipment.
n
Advanced editing skills across
Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro or similar platforms
.
n
Strong post-production capability including editing, captioning, motion graphics, exporting and content optimisation.
n
An understanding of creating content for social, digital and eCommerce environments.
n
Strong creative judgement with the ability to interpret a brief while bringing your own ideas to the table.
n
Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple shoots and projects at once.
n
A collaborative approach and confidence working with talent, internal stakeholders, agencies and suppliers.
n
Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver quality work in fast-paced environments.
n
Flexibility to assist with equipment setup and other hands-on production requirements.
