Certificate III in Bricklaying and Blocklaying
n

Certificate III in Roof Plumbing
n

Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling
n

Diploma of Building and Construction (Building)
n
n
Certificate III in Glass and Glazing
n
n
Certificate III in Solid Plastering
n
n
Certificate III in Cabinet Making and Timber Technology
n
n
Diploma of Business
n

n

nAbout the Role n
n
As a Trainer & Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment in accordance with MPC's Training and Assessment Strategies (TAS), academic policies and VET regulatory requirements.
n
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
n
n
Delivering engaging and structured classroom, workshop and practical training
n
n
Conducting competency-based assessments in accordance with unit requirements
n
n
Marking assessments and providing clear, constructive and timely feedback
n
n
Supporting students throughout their learning and assessment journey
n
n
Maintaining accurate attendance, assessment and academic records
n
n
Ensuring training and assessment activities are delivered in accordance with the relevant TAS
n
n
Participating in assessment validation, moderation and continuous improvement activities
n
n
Maintaining current vocational skills, industry knowledge and currency
n
n
Working collaboratively with academic and administrative staff
n
n
Complying with MPC policies, procedures and relevant VET regulatory requirements
n
n
n
nEssential Requirements n
n
n
n
TAE***** or TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
n
n
Relevant vocational qualification(s) for the training area
n
n
Demonstrated experience in vocational education and training
n
n
Current industry skills and knowledge relevant to the qualification being delivered
n
n
Sound understanding of competency-based training and assessment
n
n
Strong communication, organisational and record-keeping skills
n
n
Commitment to quality training, assessment and student outcomes
n
n
n
nHighly Desirable n
n
n
n
Previous experience working within an RTO
n
n
Experience delivering practical and workplace-based training
n
n
Experience using Moodle or other Learning Management Systems
n
n
Experience participating in validation and moderation activities
n
n
Strong student engagement and support skills
n
n
Current industry employment or demonstrated industry currency
n
n
n
