About the Opportunity n
Reporting to the Eastern Regional Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth across your allocated territory, identifying new opportunities, and maintaining trusted relationships with existing customers.
n You'll represent ALG's market-leading brands Doric and play a key role in supporting the company's reputation for quality, reliability, and customer service.
n
This autonomous role will see you working from your home base,



travelling throughout NSW Central Coast, North Coast and up to Coffs Harbour (with occasional interstate travel).
What You'll Do n
n
Build and nurture strong customer relationships
n
Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
n
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets
n
Provide technical support, product training, and demonstrations
n
Prepare accurate sales reports, quotes, and account information
n
Collaborate with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance
n
What We're Looking For n
n
Proven success in sales (5+ years preferred)
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
Knowledge of building, hardware, or construction industry (advantageous)
n
Self-driven, skilled, and ready to travel across QLD
n
Professional presentation, enthusiasm, and a self-driven attitude
n
Current driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly
n
n
