We are looking for
two passionate and confident Assistant Educators
to join our Mambourin team, providing additional support across our
KIS (Kindergarten Inclusion Support) and ISS (Inclusion Support Services)
hours.
n
These positions will suit educators who are passionate about inclusive practice and have experience supporting children with additional or complex needs.
The Opportunity n
As an Inclusion Support Assistant Educator, you will work alongside our experienced educators to create a safe, supportive and inclusive environment where every child can participate, learn and develop.
n
You will support children across:
n
n
Room 5:
2.5–3 years | Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week
n
Room 7:
3–4 years | Part-time, approximately 34 hours per week
n
n
Shift times will be discussed with successful candidates and may vary depending on the needs of the service.
About You n
We are looking for educators who are strong, confident, calm and responsive, with a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
Experience supporting children with additional or complex needs
n
A strong understanding of inclusive practice and positive behaviour guidance
n
The ability to support children's emotional regulation and respond calmly to challenging situations
n
Confidence working collaboratively with families, educators and inclusion professionals
n
A patient, nurturing and child-focused approach
n
Strong communication and teamwork skills
n
A genuine commitment to creating an environment where every child feels included and supported
n
