GEO Healthcare seeks an Associate Health Services Manager to lead nursing coordination at the Western Plains Correctional Centre in Lara, VIC. The role supports the Health Services Manager and ensures delivery of primary health services to prisoners.
Essential duties include coordinating nursing teams, reporting KPIs, and delivering evidence-based nursing care within a prison setting. Onsite work with rotating shifts and security clearances are required.
