About the Role

As a New Home Advocate / Broker, you'll become a trusted guide to first home buyers - helping them navigate one of the biggest and most emotional decisions of their lives.

You'll:

Work with warm, inbound clients only (no cold calling)

n
Understand each client's goals, lifestyle, and financial position
n
n
Build tailored strategies across finance, land, and home design
n
n
Guide clients through builder selection with confidence
n
n
Create an experience that feels transparent, supportive, and empowering
n
n
Collaborate with our Perth-based leadership,



marketing, and finance teams
n
n
Play a key role in building the Melbourne presence from the ground up
n
