is currently looking for an eager and motivated Apprentice to join our growing team in Sydney.

Working alongside experienced civil engineers and qualified surface preparation specialists, you will gain valuable hands‐on experience, formal training (Certificate III pathway), mentoring, and long‐term career support.
n
Duties & Responsibilities Will Involve:
n
n
Surface Preparation:
Operating floor grinders, diamond tooling, and H-Class HEPA dust extraction systems to prepare concrete substrates.
n
Concrete Repair:
Chasing cracks, patching, leveling, and joint sealing using epoxy mortars and specialized compounds.
n
Material Mixing:
Accurately measuring, weighing, and mixing multi-part resin systems (Epoxy, Polyurethane Cement, Polyaspartic, and Primers).
n
Application Techniques:
Applying base coats, primers, full-flake broadcast systems, and protective transparent topcoats using rollers, squeegees, and trowels.
n
Site Management & Safety:




Setting up dust control enclosures, masking edges, maintaining job site cleanliness, and adhering to strict WHS/SWMS protocols.
n
Equipment Maintenance:
Cleaning, maintaining, and safely packing away machinery, tools, and company vehicles after project completion.
n

The Successful Candidate Will Be:

Reliable, punctual, and hardworking: Ready for early morning starts across Greater Sydney.

Physically fit: Comfortable with heavy-duty labor (lifting *****kg bags/buckets and operating machinery).
n
Keen to learn: Enthusiastic about mastering resin chemistry and concrete resurfacing techniques.
n
A team player: Honest, trustworthy, and respectful to teammates and clients.
n

Requirements:
n
n
Valid NSW White Card (General Construction Induction).
n
Valid Driver's Licence and reliable personal transport.
n
Full working rights in Australia (Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid full-work visa).
n
n
To be eligible for an apprenticeship or traineeship you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have full working rights.
