Cater Care is looking for a passionate Weekend Chef to join our kitchen team at an aged care facility in Wembley, Western Australia.
n
Put your culinary skills to work preparing fresh, quality meals in a busy hospitality environment. You'll take pride in delivering excellent food, maintaining high kitchen standards and creating an enjoyable dining experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Prepare and present fresh, high-quality meals for residents and staff
n
Support daily kitchen operations and bulk meal preparation
n
Assemble salads, sandwiches, and cold dishes with consistency and care
n
Prepare texture-modified foods as required
n
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised kitchen
n
Follow strict food safety and hygiene standards
n




Desired Skills and Experience n
About You
n
n
Trade Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
n
Previous experience as a Chef in a commercial kitchen
n
Aged care or volume catering experience is desirable
n
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and special dietary requirements
n
Strong communication, organisation and time management skills
n
Reliable, positive approach with a passion for quality food
n
