We are looking for a motivated and sales-driven
Luxury Sales Associate
to join Faure Le Page in Melbourne CBD.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys selling, connecting with people and building long-term client relationships.
We are looking for a person who is confident approaching clients, understanding their needs, presenting products with enthusiasm and turning opportunities into sales.
Key responsibilities
Deliver a warm, personalised and exceptional client experience
Actively engage with clients and identify sales opportunities
Achieve individual and boutique sales targets
Proactively follow up enquiries and potential sales
Develop new clients and build long-term relationships
Maintain regular clienteling and follow-up activity
Develop robust knowledge of Faure Le Page products, heritage and craftsmanship
Maintain high standards of boutique presentation
Assist with stock, deliveries and day-to-day boutique operations
About you
We are looking for someone who:
Genuinely enjoys selling and achieving results
Is confident, warm and naturally engaging




Is proactive and comfortable approaching new clients
Has the ability to build rapport and long-term relationships
Understands the importance of following up on sales opportunities
Is well presented with excellent communication skills
Is reliable, organised and willing to take responsibility
Is available to work weekends as part of the retail roster
Previous experience in
luxury retail, fashion, leather goods, jewellery or watches
would be highly regarded, but is not essential.
We also welcome strong salespeople from
premium fashion, beauty, cosmetics, high-end hospitality or other customer-focused industries
