We are seeking a hands-on and experienced
Workshop Supervisor
to join our team. This role will support the Maintenance Manager and act as
second-in-charge of the maintenance team
, ensuring all equipment and machinery are maintained to a high standard.

This role will be based at our Maffra farm but will require occasional travel between our other farm locations.
n
nKey Responsibilities: n
n
n
n
Oversee day-to-day workshop operations
n
n
Assist in leading and coordinating the maintenance team
n
n
Maintain and repair farm machinery, equipment, and vehicles
n
n
Ensure preventative maintenance schedules are followed
n
n
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues efficiently
n
n
Support the Maintenance Manager with planning and team supervision
n
n
Maintain accurate service and maintenance records




n
n
Ensure workshop safety and compliance standards are met
n
n
n
nTo be successful for this role you will have the following skills/experience: n
n
n
n
Proven experience in a mechanical or workshop management role
n
n
Strong leadership skills and ability to support/manage a team
n
n
Experience with agricultural machinery (highly desirable)
n
n
Robust problem-solving and organisational skills
n
n
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
n
n
Willingness to travel between farm sites when required
n
n
n
n
n
n
