Ace Property Team is looking for an experienced
Appointment Setter
to turn inbound property-investment enquiries into qualified Discovery Sessions for our Growth Strategists.
n
You'll speak with working Australians who have already expressed an interest in property investment. Your role is to understand their situation, determine whether they're a genuine fit and confidently move qualified prospects to the next stage.
n
We provide the leads, systems, training and support. You bring the phone skills, consistency and follow-up.
What You'll Do n
n
n
Respond quickly to new inbound property-investment enquiries
n
n
Build genuine rapport with working Australians over the phone
n
n
Understand their motivation, financial position, timing and decision‐making situation
n
n
Qualify whether they're suitable for the next stage of our process
n
n
Book quality Discovery Sessions directly into our Growth Strategists' calendars
n
n
Follow up prospects who aren't ready to book on the first conversation
n
n
Protect appointment attendance through confirmations and structured follow‐up
n
n
Handle common questions and hesitation confidently
n
n
Maintain accurate CRM notes, lead stages and next actions
n
n
Know your numbers and take ownership when performance drops
n
n
If you're good at what you do, the scoreboard should work in your favour.
Earnings n
Commission Only | $125K OTE | Uncapped

There is no base salary or hourly rate.
n
Your earnings are directly linked to the results you produce, with commission paid on agreed performance outcomes.
n
There is
no cap on commissions
, giving strong performers the chance to earn above OTE.
n

You'll Be A Strong Fit If You: n
n
n
Have experience in appointment setting, phone sales, lead qualification or consultative sales
n
n
Can demonstrate previous performance with real numbers
n
n
Are confident spending significant time on the phone
n
n
Build rapport naturally without sounding scripted
n
n
Can ask direct financial questions respectfully
n
n
Know how to create urgency without high‐pressure sales tactics
n
n




Understand that good salespeople follow up
n
n
Are disciplined with CRM and pipeline management
n
n
Like clear targets and measurable performance
n
n
Can take feedback and implement it
n
n
Stay consistent when calls don't go your way
n
n
Are self‐motivated and accountable when working remotely
n
n
Are comfortable with commission‐only remuneration
n
n
Experience in
property, mortgage broking, financial services, insurance, solar, recruitment or similar phone‐based sales environments
is advantageous, but proven phone performance matters more.
