About the Role n
We are seeking an experienced
Business Analyst
to join our team in a mostly remote capacity. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong business analysis skills with hands‐on experience in
financial planning processes
and the
Salesforce ecosystem
.

You will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to translate business needs into explicit requirements, manage delivery priorities, and support successful project execution.
n
Australian work rights are required for this position.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements and functional specifications
n
Translate stakeholder needs into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
n
Manage and prioritise the product backlog in alignment with business goals
n
Coordinate sprint planning, stand‐ups, retrospectives, and release activities
n
Work closely with developers to clarify requirements and remove blockers
n
Support delivery of Salesforce enhancements, integrations, and process improvements
n
Analyse financial planning workflows and identify opportunities for automation and optimisation
n
Ensure solutions meet business objectives, quality standards, and timelines
n




Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
n
Required Skills & Experience n
n
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
n
Robust experience with Financial Planning processes
n
Proven experience working with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related platforms)
n
Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum delivery methodologies
n
Experience managing product backlogs and sprint cycles
n
Ability to write clear functional specs, user stories, and process documentation
n
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
n
Experience working with remote and cross-functional teams
n
n
Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
n
n
Salesforce certifications
n
Experience with integrations, APIs, or reporting tools
n
Background in SaaS, finance, or enterprise systems transformation
n
