What You'll Do: n
n
Manage daily transactions, reconciliations, and coding in Xero
n
Prepare BAS and IAS lodgements on time, every time
n
Identify every deduction and credit the business is entitled to
n
Deliver weekly cashflow reports and flag issues earlyKeep records audit-proof and compliant




n
Support month-end and year-end close processes
n
Contribute to forecasting and tax planning
n
We'll Measure Success By: n
n
Bank reconciliations completed within 24 hours
n
Zero late BAS or IAS lodgements
n
Less than 1% error rate on coding
n
Monthly reports delivered by the 5th business day
n
All eligible deductions and credits claimed
n
You're Perfect For This If You: n
n
Have at least 2 years experience as a bookkeeper
n
Have at least 2 years hands‐on experience with Xero
n
Know Australian tax obligations and BAS inside out
n
Obsess over accuracy and hate leaving loose ends
n
Want ownership, not micromanagement
n
Communicate clearly and flag issues early
n
