, you will play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations, seamlessly transitioning between Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Front Office. Your commitment to delivering exceptional service, coupled with your genuine care for our guests, will shine through in every department you work.
Primary Responsibilities n
Your role encompasses several key areas, working within a diverse team to ensure an exceptional guest experience:

Cleaning guest rooms and public spaces all of which are crucial to creating an outstanding first impression
n
Use cleaning materials and chemicals with care, adhering to safety protocols to maintain a secure workplace
n
Offer personalised food and beverage suggestions, whether in our outlets or during events leaving a lasting impression on our guests
n
Proactively source information to expand your product knowledge
n
Be the go-to source for information on neighbourhood hotspots and must-visit gems
n
From check-in to check-out,



you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional hospitality, ensuring that our guests have a memorable stay
n
Confidently communicate with both guests and colleagues enabling seamless teamwork
n
Skills & Experience n
n
Previous experience in a customer facing hospitality role is a plus
n
Possession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the specific Country / State / Territory
n
Genuine passion for guest care, engaging with patrons and collaborating within a team of diverse professionals
n
Capable of embracing a flexible rotating schedule, including nights, overnights, weekends, and public holidays
n
Strong work ethic, reliable and a commitment to excellence
n
Your problem-solving skills and unwavering positivity come into play when challenges arise, as you transform obstacles into opportunities
