SPARE PARTS SALES (Agricultural Machinery) n
Join our team at GW Tractors Braeside Location, specialising in Tractor and Machinery Spare Parts.
n
Monday to Friday 38 hours, NO WEEKEND WORK.
n
Australian work rights are required for this position.

We are the friendly Agricultural Parts People and for over 50 years we have been providing spare parts for tractors and machinery Australia wide.
n
You will play a key role in identifying, sourcing, and supplying spare parts to our customers, working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to deliver high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities n
Accurately solve customer enquiries and requirements in a timely manner
n
Process parts enquiries, orders, and invoicing
n
Interpret spare parts using manufacturer catalogues and systems
n
Effectively utilise the spare parts and other associated
electronic software
and tools
n
Perform stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory
n
General warehousing duties: picking, packing, and receiving parts
n
Assist in warehouse and other tasks as required
Requirements: n
Previous experience as a
Parts Interpreter
(construction, agricultural, or automotive)
n
Mechanical aptitude or equipment knowledge is highly regarded
n
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook)
n
Robust communication and customer service skills
n
Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks
n
