Key responsibilities
Work on the grill and pass
Must be confident with steaks
Lead and manage a small kitchen team
Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
About you
Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in a fast-paced commercial kitchen
Experience with Modern Australian cuisine and willingness to learn current stuff
Strong experience working on the grill and pass
Ability to lead and manage a small kitchen team
Organised and able to work efficiently under pressure
