Think Pink Realty is seeking a proactive Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of roughly 100 properties in Perth. The role includes negotiating leases, conducting routine inspections, and coordinating with owners, tenants and trades, with strong team support from senior staff.

Applicants should have 6–18 months in a similar position and hold a Property Management Licence (or be close to obtaining one). A full time, on-site role with a branded company vehicle and support is offered.
