Chefs

Think of a journey over time, a beautiful menu inspired by seasonality, a passionate A-Team and an iconically located restaurant.
Day to day responsibilities: n
Developing and maintaining service standards in
apremium/refinedrestaurant
environmentto ensure aworld class hospitality experience.
n
Proven ability to work in high pressure/ high volume environmentwith strong decision-making skills and work with a sense of urgency.
n
Creating and building on relationships with our guests, employees and clients
n
Solid understanding of kitchen all sections
n
Ability to think on your feet and have a lot of fun
What are we looking for? n
Butchery and dry ageing experience preferred
n
Previous experience in cooking over a char grill an advantage
n




1 + years of proven kitchen experience in a fast paced, high volume environment
n
Working to standards, recipes and company policies and procedures
n
A relevant Diploma qualification or at least 1 - 3 years of relevant employment experience
n
Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards
n
Advanced understanding and appreciation of all aspects of food and its service
n
Ensure compliance with all OHS legislation (act and regulation)
