On-Site Duty Manager
n
Quest Melbourne Airport is looking for an experienced and motivated hands on On-site Duty Manager to join our team. Its a hand-ons role and you are trusted to manage operations and guest experience independently.
Key Responsibilities n
n
n
Work
5-day rotating roster
across front office shifts (mostly afternoon).
n
n
Deliver exceptional guest service from check-in to departure
n
n
Manage reservations (phone, online, in-person)
n
n
Handle guest issues confidently and independently
n
n
Drive upselling and revenue opportunities
n
n
Operate the airport shuttle (Full Driver's Licence required)
n
n
Serve Alcohol (RSA required or willing to obtain before start of employment)
n
n
Maintain presentation of reception and public areas
n
n
Support and guide junior team members when required
n
n
Attend to after hour calls and request - 7 days a week
n
What We're Looking For n
n
n
Minimum




3+ year hospitality / hotel / customer service experience
n
n
Strong
front office/GSA background (hotel experience preferred)
n
n
Confident working independently and making decisions
n
n
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
n
n
Full Victoria Driver's Licence (essential)
n
n
RSA Victoria (or willingness to obtain)
n
n
Availability for
evenings, weekends, and rotating roster
n
n
This role requires to stay on-site and attend after hours calls 7 nights a week.
