As the Educational Leader, you will play an important role in supporting the team to deliver a high-quality educational program and create meaningful learning experiences for children.

You will:

Lead and support the development and implementation of engaging educational programs
n
Mentor and guide educators in curriculum planning and intentional teaching
n
Encourage reflective practice and continuous improvement
n
Support educators with observations, documentation and programming
n
Promote a strong culture of learning, collaboration and professional growth
n
Ensure educational practices align with the
Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
n
Build positive relationships with children, families and educators
n
Contribute to the service's Quality Improvement Plan
n
Help create an environment where educators feel supported and empowered to grow
n

nYou will ideally have:n
n
n
A recognised
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education
or equivalent
n
Current
ACECQA-approved ECT qualification
n
A current Working With Children Check
n
Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standard
n
A genuine passion for children's learning and development
n
Strong communication and teamwork skills
n
An interest in mentoring and supporting other educators
n
A willingness to learn, grow and take on a leadership opportunity
n
Previous Educational Leader experience is desirable, but not essential.
n
