As a Disability Support Worker, you'll do more than assist with daily tasks — you'll play a vital role in helping people live their best lives. From supporting community access to fostering meaningful connections, your work will make a lasting impact on people's physical and mental wellbeing.

The location for the role is North Bondi and comprises short morning and afternoon shifts across the entire week.
What We're Looking For n
We're seeking experienced, passionate support workers who are:
n
Able to work shifts and provide support services in North Bondi
n
Compassionate and caring, with a genuine commitment to person-centered care
n
Flexible and adaptable, able to think on their feet
n
Skilled in one-on-one support in the home and community settings
n
Confident in supporting individuals with complex needs and behaviours
n




Experienced with a minimum of 3+ years in disability support work
n
Capacity to provide services and attend shifts in North Bondi
n
Available to work short morning and evening shifts which are 3 hours or less
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check that is valid at the time of application
n
Certificate III or IV in Disability or Individual Support
n
Unrestricted NSW Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle
n
Availability for at least 3 days per week, with potential for more hours
n
Commitment to continuity and consistency with one employer
n
Valid Australian work visa or appropriate work authorisation
