Community Support Worker based in Merriwa
to join our integratedliving team and provide meaningful, person-centred support to clients in their homes and local community.
n

What you'll be doing
n
Every day is different, but you could be:
n
n
n
Supporting clients with personal care, medication and daily routines
n
n
Assisting with shopping, appointments and household tasks/domestic assistance
n
n
Supporting clients to access their local community
n
n
Providing companionship and building meaningful connections
n
n
Helping clients maintain their independence and wellbeing
n
n
Travelling to
Cassilis
when required to support clients
n
What we're looking for
n
We're looking for someone who is caring,



reliable and genuinely passionate about supporting others.

To be considered for this role, you
must
:
n
n
n
Live in Merriwa
n
n
Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar
n
n
Be available a minimum of
Monday, Thursday and Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
n
n
Be willing and able to travel to
Cassilis when required
n
n
Hold a current
Driver's License and have access to a reliable vehicle
n
Hold a valid First Aid, CPR, Working with Children check, Police Check/NDIS clearance
n
n
Have, or be willing to obtain, the required pre-employment checks
n
