Experience:
8–10 years ServiceNow (10+ years total IT)
Requisites: n
n
Robust hands-on experience in
ServiceNow ITOM or ITSM
, particularly
Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping
.
n
Design and implement
Service Mapping solutions
for business-critical services and integrate with
CMDB
.
n
Develop and customize
patterns, probes, and sensors




to improve service visibility and dependency mapping.
n
Troubleshoot mapping issues and optimize discovery processes for accuracy and performance.
n
Ensure Service Mapping supports
Event, Incident, Change, and Problem Management
workflows.
n
Handle escalations, participate in stakeholder meetings, and drive solution-focused decisions.
n
Strong communication and collaboration skills with client stakeholders.
