What you'll do n
As the Grounds Maintenance Assistant Supervisor for our Landcare team, you'll:
n
n
Lead a crew day to day, with landscaping and garden maintenance across Geelong.
n
Deliver high-quality grounds and garden maintenance services include hand mowing, brush cutting, hedging, weeding ! ,herbicide ? spraying
n
Manage a safe, supportive and fun team setting.
n
What you'll bring n
n
Solid experience in landscaping, gardening, grounds maintenance or similar.
n
An enthusiasm for working alongside people with disability.
n
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
n




Team-oriented with good interpersonal and organisational skills.
n
A hardworking, reliable, and punctual attitude.
n
AQF3 Chemical Accreditation or willingness to obtain.
n
n
(You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don't worry, we'll keep helping you through this.)
