About the role: n
n
Act as Licensee in Charge
n
Oversee compliance and supervision requirements
n
Authorise trust account transactions
n
Support the Director with scheme management matters
n
Assist with budgets, levies and arrears
n
Attend virtual AGM and committee meetings as required
n
Work alongside an experienced accounts and support team
n
About you: n
n
Current NSW Class 1 Strata Managing Agent Licence
n
LIC experience or eligibility
n
Strong NSW strata management experience
n
Current CPD
n
Confident working autonomously
n
Strong understanding of NSW strata compliance
n
