Key responsibilities n

Lead and support a small dedicated team

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the shop
n
Deliver exceptional customer service, continuing the strong relationships with our local customers and visitors
n
Maintain high standards of presentation, product quality, cleanliness and food safety
n
Manage stock
n
Manage staff rosters and day-to-day team coordination
n
Work closely with us to maintain the values and reputation of our family business
n
About you n
n
An experienced retail, hospitality, food, or butcher shop manager
n
A confident and positive leader
n
Customer-focused and genuinely enjoy interacting with people
n
Organised, reliable and able to work independently




n
Comfortable working in a quick-paced
environmentCommercially
minded, with an understanding of stock, sales and margins
n
Committed to high standards of food safety, cleanliness and presentation
n
Friendly and approachable, with the ability to build relationships with both locals and visitors
n
Practical and hands-on
n
Butchery or meat industry experience is preferred, but not essential
