TwoScots are partnering with a leading healthcare organisation to recruit an experienced Payroll Compliance Analyst. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
n
n
Conduct compliance testing and transactional audits across payroll and time & attendance systems
n
Investigate payroll discrepancies and undertake root cause analysis
n
Interpret and monitor changes across the Fair Work Act, EBAs, Modern Awards and superannuation legislation
n
Analyse large payroll data sets to identify anomalies and ensure data integrity
n
Support internal and external audits, including preparation of data and evidence
n
Maintain payroll compliance controls and contribute to ongoing process improvements
n
Prepare compliance reporting and respond to escalated payroll compliance queries
n

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
n
n
Previous experience within payroll compliance, governance, audit or a similar payroll-focused role.
n
Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, EBAs and Modern Awards
n
Experience working within a large, high-volume and complex payroll environment.
n
Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate payroll discrepancies and identify risk.
n
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
Healthcare or another highly regulated industry background would be advantageous.
