Job Description
We are partnering with a highly respected organisation in Southern Sydney operating within a highly regulated, safety-critical, scientific and engineering environment to recruit an experienced Project Manager.

Your Duties and Responsibilities:
n
n
End-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent, high-value CAPEX projects across scope, cost, schedule, and quality and compliance
n
Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams
n
Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and reporting frameworks
n
Managing risk, governance, compliance, and safety obligations
n
Providing clear and concise reporting to senior stakeholders
n
Ensuring adherence to stringent regulatory and operational standards
n
About You
n
We are seeking a high-performing, detail-oriented Project Manager with proven experience delivering complex projects in highly regulated environments.
Mandatory Requirements:
n
n
Australian Citizenship is essential
n
Ability and willingness to obtain and maintain a National Security Clearance
n
Tertiary qualification in engineering, science, or a related discipline
n
Formal Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
n
Strong capability in risk management, governance, and compliance frameworks
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement and technical communication skills
n
Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex interdependencies simultaneously
n
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of PMBOK framework
n
Experience in regulated environments (e.g. TGA, ARPANSA or similar) highly regarded
n
Experience overseeing project initiatives across science, engineering, research and natural resources
n
