Alfred Health's Trauma Service in Melbourne seeks an experienced Social Worker Grade 3 to support a complex clinical caseload and discharge planning within a multidisciplinary team. You will contribute to quality care and patient well-being.
Responsibilities include psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, adjustment counselling and family work, with leadership to the Trauma team when required. Weekend work is required one day per month.
