Kickstart your career with a full-time Business Traineeship at our busy Northcote office. This entry-level role combines hands-on work experience with a nationally recognized qualification. You will be the face of our company at reception while providing vital support to our dynamic administration team.

What You Will Do
n

Provide professional reception and front-of-house support at the site.
n
Respond to and appropriately direct telephone, email and in-person enquiries.
n
Provide administrative support for all operations on site
n
Maintain accurate records and complete data entry.
n
Mange the pool care bookings
n
Support office administration, stock control, ordering, calendars and site readiness.
n
Provide general administrative and operational assistance for the Business
n
Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies and procedures.
n

Who We Are Looking For

Clear verbal skills and a professional telephone manner.
n
Basic computer literacy and willingness to develop proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and internal business systems.
n
Ability to multitask,
manage time, and meet daily deadlines.
n
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new administrative skills.
n
Ability to commute daily to Northcote.
n
