Orgen Group is looking for an experienced, highly organised and proactive Office Manager to take ownership of the administrative and workforce coordination functions supporting our growing operations.
This is not a traditional desk-based administration role. Working closely with our Director, management team, clients and operational workforce, you will coordinate the people, systems and resources that enable our teams to operate effectively across multiple warehouse and logistics client sites.

About the Role
As Office Manager, you will coordinate the administrative functions and resources supporting our workforce and client operations.
You will be responsible for maintaining effective office systems, coordinating personnel, allocating workforce resources, supporting recruitment and onboarding, monitoring employee performance, assisting with payroll administration, and maintaining strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
The role will coordinate the workforce across multiple warehouse and logistics client locations, with staffing requirements varying according to operational demand.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day office administration and workforce activities.
Prepare rosters and allocate employees across multiple client sites.
Monitor employee attendance, availability, hours, performance and reliability.
Coordinate recruitment, interviews, onboarding and employee inductions.
Maintain accurate employee,
workforce and operational records.
Review timesheets and information required for payroll processing.
Coordinate employee training, performance monitoring and personnel matters.
Liaise with clients regarding staffing requirements, workforce performance and operational issues.
Visit client sites when required to monitor workforce performance and compliance.
Prepare workforce and operational reports for management.
Coordinate office resources, PPE, equipment and workforce requirements.
Support WHS, compliance and company procedures.
Identify opportunities to improve administrative, workforce and operational processes.
About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, confident and comfortable taking ownership of multiple responsibilities.
You will ideally have:
Previous experience in
Office Management, Administration Management, Workforce Coordination or a similar role
.
Experience coordinating staff, resources and administrative processes.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Experience with recruitment, onboarding and employee administration.
Understanding of timesheets and payroll-related processes.
Solid attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong computer literacy and ability to work across multiple systems.
A current Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel to client sites when required.
Experience in
labour hire, logistics, warehousing or workforce management
will be highly regarded.
What We Offer
Full-time, permanent position.
$80,000–$85,000 + Superannuation.
