Job Description
Safely operate front end loaders, forklifts to load/unload products.
n
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product selection and order fulfilment.
n
Accurately pick, weigh, and prepare landscape materials for retail and trade customers.
n
Maintain a clean, protected, and organised yard, including stockpiling, raking, and sweeping.
n
Conduct daily equipment checks and report maintenance issues.
n
Ensure correct stock rotation and assist with stock control.
n
Follow WHS policies and safe work procedures at all times.
n
Assist with deliveries and receiving of bulk and packaged materials.
n
Communicate effectively with drivers, sales staff, and customers to ensure smooth yard operations.
n
Skills & Experience:
n
Experience operating loaders (Preferred).
n
Forklift Licence (Preferred)
n
Strong focus on safety and attention to detail.
n
Good customer service and communication skills.
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
n
Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.
